We offer a range of first-rate support for all of our learners at Coleg Glan Hafren:
Induction
Right from the first day in College, a student is introduced to the many ways in which he or she can be helped through College. There is an excellent induction programme to make the student feel at home in College. This covers information from Student Services on the help available: financial support, EMA, bus passes, personal support and learning support. The new students spend time with their personal tutor while they settle into college and find their way about.
There is an introduction to our modern Learning Centres (there is one on each campus) and its state-of-the-art facilities. Students meet the staff of the Study Centre to learn how they can get one-to-one support to help them pass their course.
