Application Form
We have revamped our application form to make it easier for you to apply online. You can now open the application form in Word and fill it out on your computer and email it to us at applications@glan-hafren.ac.uk, or you can print a PDF of the application form, write on it and post it to us.
Important Notice - Word Version
When you open the Word version, this will take a little longer to load and you may be asked if you want to enable Macros/ActiveX. You will need to click enable to allow you to complete the form.
