College Students are the Business
Four out of the fifteen students who have just completed the BTEC National Certificate in Business have attained double Distinctions (the highest grade achievable) and a total of eleven have secured places at university.

A Level Students Attend University Summer Programme
Five Coleg Glan Hafren A Level students have been accepted to attend Wales Summer University (WSU), a summer programme run by Aberystwyth University. The full-time six-week residential programme is aimed at widening participation in higher education by raising awareness of the opportunities available and helping students to make more informed choices by trying new subjects.

Childcare students go on a Big Toddle
Students from the CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education course helped out at the Big Toddle at the end of June, to help fundraise for Barnardo's.

As well as the ACE Awards and Faculty Students of the Year many students won other awards at the end of year event.
